At the Oak Brook District Office of The McTigue Financial Group, Director of Recruitment is focused on attracting highly motivated individuals who wish to grow and develop in a career—but not just any career.

"Becoming a Financial Representative means you have the opportunity to impact the lives of many, and it provides the opportunity to have a great deal of independence and virtually unlimited income potential." The Director of Recruitment employs a six-step interview process that allows the organization and the candidate the opportunity to determine if there is a mutual fit.

This process gives the candidate the opportunity to:
